Job Summary As an
Implementation Manager
at Drata, you’ll help customers build trust at scale. You’ll guide organizations through onboarding and implementation, manage timelines, coordinate resources, configure the platform, and deliver a smooth onboarding experience that drives early adoption and customer confidence.
In this high‑impact role, you’ll own the customer relationship during implementation, collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, and directly influence how organizations scale securely with Drata.
What You’ll Do Project Management
Own the end-to-end implementation process by creating project timelines, defining milestones, and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Customer Relationship Management
Build trust-based relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and translate them into tailored implementation plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, anticipating needs and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Platform Configuration
Configure and customize Drata’s SaaS platform to align with customer requirements while applying best practices.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
Training & Enablement
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities that empower customers to confidently use the platform.
Provide guidance and documentation to support customer self-sufficiency post-launch.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to coordinate seamless handoffs and ensure clear communication across the customer lifecycle.
Escalate risks or feedback proactively to support continuous improvement.
Process Improvement
Contribute ideas to enhance implementation tools, templates, and processes that improve efficiency and scalability across the team.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or project management within a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously and delivering projects on time and within scope.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP.
Strong technical aptitude for APIs, integrations, and data flows.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to build rapport and drive alignment.
Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in fast-paced environments.
A customer-first mindset and passion for helping organizations achieve their security and compliance goals.
