Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all branch operations for pest control and the Taexx® system, including sales, marketing, installation, and service.
Prepare operational and financial projections and develop strategies to achieve goals.
Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues and ensure customer expectations are met.
Prepare composite reports per corporate requirements.
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategy.
Manage local homebuilder relationships and coordinate with corporate staff to capitalize on business.
Attract, select, and develop high-caliber employees while maintaining a positive work environment.
Delegate duties and examine work for compliance with policies and procedures.
Maintain required certifications/liscencing.
Handle errors and complaints with team members, homebuilders, and homeowners.
Assist subordinates and step in when necessary.

Qualifications
18+ years old, high‑school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
Experience with sales, marketing, office administration.
Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3+ years in a management role.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties: use ladder within weight capacity, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
