A key influencer of Regal Rexnord's short and long-term success depends on the ability to have the right talent, in the right roles at the right time to drive the enterprise strategy.
Reporting to the Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) and functionally to the Corporate VP of Human Resources, the Director HR will serve as a key business partner to the CDIO and senior leadership team. This hands‑on role is responsible for leading the global human resources function for the IT organization, defining, developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives to influence the function’s impact on the Regal enterprise.
Responsibilities
Workforce Planning
– Conduct workforce planning based on the IT function’s strategy, leveraging data and analytics to identify priorities; develop talent acquisition plans that encompass the global IT organization; manage immigration and work‑authorization needs; maintain a competency inventory; contribute to organizational design and restructuring plans.
Talent Management / Leadership Development / Diversity & Inclusion
– Develop and lead IT talent management initiatives to establish career ladders and pipeline of diverse leadership; facilitate high‑potential development plans; manage talent review and succession planning; create a highly engaged, high‑performing, inclusive work environment; apply continuous‑improvement principles to deliver results aligned with KPIs.
Functional Expertise
– Provide hands‑on coaching to the CDIO and IT leaders on talent matters; ensure strong leadership capabilities in selection, development and evaluation of IT talent; resolve employee‑relations investigations; advise on HR practices and policies; simplify processes and enhance HR value to the function.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of HR business partner experience in a global environment, with demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and develop and implement measurable talent strategies.
Experience managing and developing other HR professionals.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; executive presence; ability to roll up sleeves and deliver results.
Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and globally.
Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
