Join Domino’s Pizza as a store team member, working flexible shifts from part‑time to full‑time. You’ll operate equipment, prepare pizza, take orders, manage inventory, and deliver quality customer service.
General Job Duties
Operate all kitchen equipment.
Stock ingredients importing from delivery, sorting from storage, and keeping walk‑in cooler stocked.
Prepare pizza and other menu items.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facilities daily.
Training Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.
Communication Skills
Comprehend and convey written instructions accurately.
Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers, handling orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions and Skills
Perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately (calculator may be used).
Handle monetary change correctly.
Show strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Coordinate eye‑hand movements to make precise, fast motions.
Enter orders on a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather when performing outside tasks such as trash removal.
Indoor temperatures ranging from 36 °F in the cooler to above 90 °F in work areas.
Sudden temperature changes inside and outside.
Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
Cramped areas including walk‑in cooler.
Hot surfaces and tools up to 500 °F.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing
Telephone hearing.
Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate hot from cold surfaces.
Temperaments Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or in teams, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make decisions.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Prior quick‑service restaurant experience highly desired.
Physical Requirements Standing for most tasks, walking short distances, occasional sitting for paperwork, lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling trays, climbing stairs or ladders, stooping and bending for 30‑45 seconds continuously, reaching above 72 inches, and performing fine hand tasks such as shaping pizza dough and operating pizza cutters.
