You want to be the boss? Well now’s your chance, Domino’s Pizza is hiring bosses—more specifically General Managers. It’s a tough job that needs a natural like you. Of course, you’ll need some skills—judgment, math and the ability to multi‑task.
Responsibilities
General managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You set the tone and the example for the store and you have to be on your game 100% of the time!
Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
Responsible for all store operations.
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
Qualifications
Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people. You will need to use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing, all while creating a great place to work.
A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there. You will also need access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
A great role model—you’re the person everyone will look to. From being on time for your shift, to having a great attitude toward customers and co‑workers, and even how you dress, you have to have high standards for yourself and the rest of the team.
Our stores are open 7 days a week—that’s right, even on weekends and holidays. You must be willing to work when the team needs you the most.

Essential Functions / Skills • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). • Must be able to make correct monetary change. • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to process orders. • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Physical Requirements Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking: Surfaces include ceramic tile bricks with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36 and 48 in. Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. Carrying: Large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, and pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds may be carried from storage to front of store. Trays of pizza dough weigh approximately 12 pounds each and can be carried three at a time over short distances.
