Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Boston area for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in finding their ideal vehicles, providing personalized consultations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles and services
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure exceptional experiences
Excellent Communication skills for engaging with diverse customers and team members
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Boston area
Experience in a sales or retail environment is a plus
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a team and individual setting
Willingness to learn and stay updated with automotive industry knowledge
