Position Summary We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in SQL, Tableau, and Python. The ideal candidate has experience with Snowflake, ticketing systems, ETL processes, and cloud data warehouses. This role requires strong ownership of the full BI project lifecycle—from gathering requirements to designing, building, validating, testing, and deploying solutions. The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate cross‑functionally is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data models using Tableau and SQL.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to refine business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
Source, transform, and prepare data from various systems for reporting and analytics.
Build and maintain ETL pipelines and workflows supporting analytics and reporting use cases.
Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including documentation, validation, QA testing, and deployment.
Work independently to troubleshoot data issues, propose solutions, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Resolve Fresh Service tickets, covering production breakage, report optimization, data source development, and new report requests.
Partner closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure alignment and clarity across projects.
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of experience with SQL (writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries).
1–2 years of experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau.
Familiarity with Python for automation, data transformation, or analytics tasks.
Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse technologies.
Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline concepts.
Experience using a ticketing system (e.g., Fresh Service, Jira, ServiceNow).
Knowledge of data modeling best practices and BI development standards.
Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong multitasking abilities and comfort managing competing priorities.
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to take ownership and work independently with minimal oversight.
Experience working with version control, preferably GitHub.
