Pier Sixty‑Six Resort is seeking an exceptional Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing and new applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards and procedures (including SOPs) for implementing technical solutions.

Apply technical expertise to support front‑end hotel systems, including Microsoft Windows Server, Alice, HMS PMS, hotel POS, Revinate, CRM, staff security beacons, staffing tools, Microsoft Suite, Profitsword, Book for Time, OpenTable/Resy, and other similar software.

Manage all aspects of POS operations, i.e., resource scheduling, customer satisfaction, workforce training, and development.

Prioritize, delegate, and accomplish multiple projects, troubleshooting and resolving common problems.

Train employees and managers on company procedures, motivational skills, and daily deposit responsibilities.

Facilitate effective internal communication by serving as liaison between management and departments, sharing information on topics of concern and updates.

Bridge systems reporting, provide ad‑hoc reporting, and deliver reporting, training, and analysis tools to drive business decisions.

Ensure employee‑facing systems are fully utilized, secure, and user‑friendly.

Work directly with department heads and employees on SOPs related to systems and best practices.

Identify areas where systems may need to be introduced or updated.

Create guides and handbooks for workflow.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a similar role.

College degree in computer science or a related field preferred.

Experience with current hotel operating systems preferred.

Knowledge of PC software such as MS Windows and MS Office.

Working knowledge of smartphones required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
