Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The assistant manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
Prior retail and/or management experience required.
Physical demands: more than 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
