The Opportunity BYREDO seeks a full-time client advisor to drive sales & service through exceptional client experience, personalized clienteling, and operational excellence. What you’ll get to do

Maintain knowledge on industry and market trends to evolve and optimise sales strategies

Provide exceptional Byredo client experience, demonstrating expertise and understanding of our elevated selling approach

Build rapport with returning clients by recognising and understanding their needs, ensuring a personalised and unified shopping experience

Showcase Byredo’s wide product portfolio across all categories (fragrance, makeup, home, byproduct), offering curated recommendations and crafting memorable shopping moments for each client

Exceed KPI’s through strategic cross‑selling by fostering meaningful and familiar client relationships

Leverage Byredo’s CRM tools to manage client information, driving loyalty and delivering customised personalisation

Collaborate with the team during store meetings by contributing innovative ideas and actionable retail strategies

Client Experience & Brand Expertise

Build and nurture client relationships through personalised outreach and clienteling activities including master classes and new launch events

Provide after‑sales service with care and attention, ensuring client satisfaction

Create personalised shopping experiences that reflect each client’s unique tastes and aspirations, building connections that build long‑term loyalty

Develop and maintain knowledge of Byredo’s full product offerings spanning across all categories

Actively engage in product presentations, engaging in training sessions, and stay aware of new launches, industry innovations, and emerging trends

Uphold Byredo’s commitment to excellence by ensuring detailed care, handling, and presentation of products, adhering to the highest standards of luxury and elevating the overall client experience

Operations

Support continuous store operations by managing inventory with accuracy, stock replenishment, and proactive theft prevention measures to maintain operational efficiency

Offer valuable suggestions to develop and execute retail strategies that drive business growth and enhance the client experience

Curate and maintain visually compelling product displays that align with Byredo’s visual merchandising guidelines and create a captivating, in‑store environment that reflects the brand’s DNA

We’d love to meet you if you have

2+ years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or makeup sales

Proven ability to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets

Availability to work weekends and holidays (on an as needed basis)

A proactive, adaptable, and dependable attitude

Available for a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours as needed

Ability to lift boxes as needed for inventory replenishment

Compensation As required by the California state salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position is between $23.00- $24.00 hourly. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organisational structure.
