Responsibilities As an Electrical Engineer I in our Boston office, you will start by working under the mentorship of experienced engineers, learning through hands‑on assignments and building a foundation in electrical engineering for LEED‑qualified projects and other energy‑efficient building solutions. Your tasks will include:

Performing load calculations and determining system sizing and layouts.

Calculating equipment sizes and selecting appropriate equipment.

Completing field surveys and reviewing equipment shop drawings.

Mentoring designers and supporting construction‑phase work.

Progressively taking on leadership of electrical project teams, writing specifications, and participating in project meetings with clients and consulting partners.

Qualifications

BSEE/BSAE from an ABET accredited program.

Minimum GPA of 2.5.

Non‑academic internship experience.

Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities or student organizations preferred.

EIT certification (passed the FE exam) a plus.

Internship experience in the MEP consulting engineering field preferred.

Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
