Job Description
Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business! Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee everything that happens during the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Staffing and scheduling of crew members.
Manage paperwork, including payroll and scheduling.
Ensure food management and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Maintain the store’s overall appearance and cleanliness.
Promote marketing initiatives and drive profitability.
Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns.
Maintain attendance, punctuality, and proper transportation to and from work.
Qualifications Qualified management applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and have the ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous management experience is a plus.
