Lead the store team and set a positive example in every aspect of the business.
Ensure strict compliance with all Domino’s policies and procedures.
Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash handling.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relations.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and roster management.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and a perfect image.
Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Drive store profitability through effective operations.
Provide training and coaching to all team members.
Address any operational or safety issues promptly.
Qualifications
Strong judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership experience and ability to motivate a diverse team.
Proficiency with basic computer operations and point‑of‑sale systems.
Ability to process orders quickly and accurately.
Ability to make correct monetary change and handle cash responsibly.
Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; access to a reliable vehicle is required.
Physical Requirements Standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, and driving.
Training Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.
