Responsible for everything that happens at your restaurant
Cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
Staffing, paperwork, food management, and working to a schedule
Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards
Provide great customer service and ensure attendance & punctuality
Transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, and marketing
Ensure profitability
