Key Responsibilities

Build strategic partnerships: Develop win‑win relationships with strategic customers to increase engagement and adoption of growth‑driving programs

Drive business growth: Focus on international business expansion and revenue growth for high‑value accounts

Deliver strategic insights: Provide high‑level service through data‑driven insights and maintain relentlessly high operational standards

Execute joint business plans: Build and implement strategic plans with customers, collaborating to identify innovative opportunities

Identify opportunities: Explore new selection, merchandising, and operational improvement opportunities

Act as trusted advisor: Serve as the primary influencer and consultant, working as an extended team member of the customer organization

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C‑level executives experience

7+ years of creating and implementing long‑term transformational account strategies in a customer‑facing role or equivalent experience

7+ years of experience working with and presenting to C‑level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior leadership

Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem‑solving abilities

Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations

Experience leading in a customer‑facing role in the technology industry or equivalent

Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business

Compensation ranges from $128,600 per year in the lowest geographic market to $212,600 per year in the highest geographic market.
