Job Description UKG is seeking a highly motivated sales professional as a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for net‑new logo sales in the mid‑market and enterprise space. We are looking for the very best to represent UKG.

Candidates ideally have 5+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions. Candidates should live in or near their territory and be familiar with the local business climate; however, we encourage you to apply.

Primary Responsibilities

Consistently exceed sales quotas

Proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations

Work primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas; develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.

Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory; identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer’s needs.

Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, competitors and analysts.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years HCM sales experience

Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry

Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales process

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Incredibly organized

Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategies

Travel Requirement 30-40%

Pay Transparency The base salary range for this position is $125,000 annually. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
