Responsibilities Inspect buildings for proper operation, cleanliness, and safety; maintain heating, air conditioning, and lighting in accordance with federal guidelines; act as the primary liaison between building occupants and Facilities Management & Planning staff; prepare buildings for special events or classes per instructions from requesting department; supervise custodial staff to ensure tasks are completed satisfactorily and timely.
Required Skills
B.A./B.S. or equivalent
Excellent supervisory and management skills
Three to five years of related experience
