Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Sign on Bonus $10,000 Trinity Health MI welcomes a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide expert anesthesia care. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $121.25 and a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for a full‑time 40‑hour work week.

Location: Trinity Health Ann Arbor

Minimum Pay Rate: $121.25 per hour

Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 for 1.0 FTE

Shifts & Schedule

Flexible scheduling: 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24‑hour shifts available

Position Status: Full‑time, Part‑time, Contingent/PRN

Position Purpose Under the medical direction of an anesthesiologist, develop anesthesia plans and administer anesthesia in assigned locations. Observe patients’ physiological status while under anesthesia and initiate corrective actions as necessary or as directed by a physician. Perform pre‑ and post‑operative evaluations and provide accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing; Master’s degree or PhD from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program

License: CRNA certification; RN and CRNA specialty nursing license in Michigan (or to be obtained within 6 months of hire)

Certifications: BLS/ACLS/PALS

Experience: Prior anesthesia experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide quality patient care considering age, developmental, and cultural needs through competent anesthesia practice

Assemble necessary supplies, drugs, and equipment; test equipment for proper functioning

Collaborate with anesthesiologist to develop anesthesia plan

Review patient medical records to determine procedural types and evaluate patient status

Establish or confirm appropriate intravenous access

If trained, insert arterial catheters, perform spinal anesthesia, and IV regional anesthesia

Provide emergency airway support; manage intratracheal intubation, blood, fluid, and electrolyte loss; maintain cardiovascular and respiratory functions

Identify and manage emergency situations, including assessment of recovery or antagonism of muscle relaxants, narcotics, and other agents; implement appropriate management techniques

Carefully document all activities on the anesthetic record or patient's medical record
