Neurosurgeon – Wheat Ridge, CO & Lafayette, CO

About this role You will be a part of creating a Neuroscience Center of Excellence at Lutheran Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital where you will help build on an already solid foundation of a broad continuum of care for brain and spine patients. Here are just some of the highlights you can expect:
Practice at Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, CO and Intermountain Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO; occasionally seeing patients at Wheat Ridge and Lafayette Clinics.
Dedicated days at each facility; not covering two facilities at the same time.
Clinics are open 5 days per week, M‑F.
Designated Neuro Critical Care unit and epilepsy monitoring unit with a strong nursing staff.
Growing Primary Care referral base within Intermountain Health Medical Group.
How we’ll support you Our competitive compensation includes $1,500 per 24‑hour shift, and $449.00 per hour while on‑site. We cover travel expenses (flights/hotels as needed) and professional liability. Learn more about our comprehensive benefits package.
What you’ll bring
MD/DO education.
Current, unrestricted CO license or ability to obtain one, required.
Board Certified or eligible by the American Board of Neurological Surgery, required.
Will consider newly graduated Neurosurgery residents.
Trained in both brain and spine surgeries, required.
