Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations, including X-rays, impressions, and photographs.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
Install and adjust orthodontic appliances such as braces, retainers, and clear aligners.
Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post‑treatment care.
Collaborate with other dental professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary treatment when necessary.
Stay up‑to‑date on the latest advancements in orthodontic technology and techniques through continuing education.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience throughout their orthodontic journey.
Requirements
Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
Board certification in orthodontics.
Valid state dental license in good standing (or willingness to obtain).
Proven experience as an Orthodontist, with a strong track record of successful treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
