Responsibilities

Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge

Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert coaching and support on market, interview and process best practices

Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent

Assist with developing innovative future hiring strategies to build a pipeline of high‑calibre talent

Expertly negotiate offer agreements with candidates

Qualifications

Strong agency‑side recruitment experience within the construction industry is preferred, with a track record of high‑volume sourcing and managing multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

Thrive in a competitive, fast‑moving setting with ability to source pro‑actively and pivot rapidly as client requirements evolve.

Enjoy partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, communicate labour market conditions, and set expectations

Have excellent experience working within LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems

Are detail oriented and quality focused

Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing

Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines

This position is hybrid working from Linesight's Dallas office

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
