Position Overview
An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist to work within a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist practice as an employee or contracted doctor.
As an Associate Doctor of Optometry, you will provide high‑quality optometric care and service to patients, utilizing full scope of practice and advanced digital eye examination technology, including Clarifye and the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System.

Compensation & Benefits Employee pay is determined by multiple factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. Competitive bonus and/or commission plans may be offered. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.

Doctor of Optometry (OD) licensed in the state of practice
Commitment to providing high‑quality optometric care
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a Subleasing Doctor
