Product Manager

( Data Platform ) in

Seattle, WA . This is an onsite position. Position Responsibilities

Set the vision and roadmap for the data platform and products, aligning with business and digital strategies, and managing the full lifecycle from inception to value realization. Define and drive the delivery of data governance features to ensure data discoverability, quality, and regulatory compliance. Partner with cross‑functional teams and data stewards to translate business needs into scalable, secure technical requirements for the data platform. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, UX, security/compliance, and operations to deliver high‑quality releases on an Agile cadence (APIs, streaming/ETL patterns, data models, lineage, SLAs). Drive adoption and evangelism: create enablement materials, onboarding flows, developer/self‑service experiences, and GTM plans to increase platform consumption and ROI. Define measurable success metrics and product requirements; translate business outcomes into epics, features, and user stories. Manage stakeholder expectations and roadmap trade‑offs; provide regular executive updates and status reporting. Establish and monitor KPIs for adoption, data quality, uptime, performance, and business impact; iterate priorities based on metrics and stakeholder feedback. Mentor product team members and collaborate with program management on release planning and delivery cadence. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, data science, business, or a related field. 8+ years of professional experience in product management, technical product management, or platform leadership. 5+ years focused on data platforms or data products (ingestion/integration, metadata/catalog, MDM, governance, or data security). 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms and services (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Proven track record in incorporating data governance, security, and compliance frameworks. Strong technical literacy with data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT), metadata/cataloging, data warehouses/lakes, and APIs. Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience with MDM implementations, enterprise data catalog tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation), or lineage solutions. Experience scaling platform services and driving adoption across multiple business units (e.g., demonstrated % increase in adoption or reduction in time‑to‑integrate). Familiarity with data contracts, automated governance/policy enforcement, and machine‑readable policy tools. Experience with machine learning lifecycle and MLOps. Experience in regulated industries (aerospace, finance, healthcare) with a strong emphasis on security and compliance frameworks. Certifications or formal training in product management, data governance, or cloud platforms. Drug Free Workplace
