SageWest Health Care is actively recruiting a Family Medicine PA
to be part of our multi-specialty clinic in Riverton, with plenty of staff to support functions of the clinic. You will enjoy a welcoming community, and a flexible scheduling for work/life balance. Combined, our Lander and Riverton facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women’s health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness.
About the position:
Schedule: 40 hours/week (typically M-F, 8–5, — this can be flexible)
Call: no call currently (Medicare guidelines followed)
Average patients per day: 20+_ when fully ramped up
Typical procedures: Per provider’s comfort level
Support staff: 1 CMA/LPN/RN per provider
Practitioners: accessto 3 PCPs, 1 GS, 1 OB, 1 PT ENT, 1 PT IM, 1 PT GS
Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WY and DEA with full prescriptive authority
Experience preferred, but will consider new grads
Our Notable Highlights:
Community Trauma Hospital (Lander) with full OB and surgical services
Mammography services have earned a three-year accreditation from the American College of Radiology (ACR)
Advanced diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI, 3D mammography, ultrasound, etc.)
Broad service lines including primary care, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, women’s health
Chest Pain Center accreditation for quality cardiac care
Recognized with top safety and civic leadership grades by Leapfrog and Lown Institute

Recruitment Package may include:
Base salary around $110K (DOE) + wRVU production incentive
$3K CME allowance
