Permanent General Dentist
Small group operating multiple practices across the greater Atlanta, GA area, seeking a permanent General Dentist. Referral bonus available!
Position
Technology-enabled clinical environment designed to support efficiency and quality
Full-time General Dentist and Orthodontist typically share the same location
Supported by a Registered Dental Hygienist, 1–2 Dental Assistants, and access to on-site specialists (oral surgery, perio, endo, etc.)
Typical Schedule: Monday–Thursday
Primarily adults
Average daily volume: 8–10 patients per day
Procedures are bread‑and‑butter dentistry, with flexibility to focus on procedures aligned with each dentist’s comfort level and expertise
Payor mix is approximately 70–80% PPO, 20–30% fee‑for‑service; no HMO or Medicaid
AI-driven clinical documentation, digital radiography and CBCT imaging systems, intraoral scanners (iTero or 3Shape), electric handpieces, ergonomic chairs, and paperless EHR platforms
Offering
Tiered production-based compensation plan: 30–35% of production
3–6 month daily guarantee: $700–$900
