Financial Advisory - Digital Solutions Manager (Financial Reporting Automation)
This role focuses on leading and managing financial reporting automation and process improvement projects, driving efficient, compliant reporting solutions through technology-enabled implementations and best practice advisory.
Base pay range: $109,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Qualifications
Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA Certification highly preferred.
Workiva Delivery Certification highly preferred.
5+ years of experience in financial reporting, including SEC reporting and statutory reporting, with a proven track record of project management.
Experience managing financial reporting automation projects through technology implementation and process improvement.
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, crafting customized solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
Workiva implementations and optimizations within the Financial Reporting solution.
Demonstrated ability to project manage and deliver on complex engagements.
Able to work as part of a team or be an individual contributor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled in navigating and managing client relationships, building trust, and establishing credibility as an advisor.
Responsibilities
Deliver and project manage financial reporting automation projects, including Workiva implementations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
Develop and execute financial reporting process improvement roadmaps, assessing current reporting environment and advising on best practices for streamlining and automating the reporting process.
Serve as the primary liaison with clients at the project team level, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication and alignment on project status and deliverables.
Lead by example, setting high standards for integrity, professionalism, and client service, fostering an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
