We integrate industry‑leading solutions—including Unified Endpoint Management, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Digital Employee Experience, and Security & Compliance—into a seamless, autonomous workspace that adapts to how people work. What is the opportunity? As a Senior Product Manager, App Volumes you will drive the strategy and roadmap for App Volumes, focusing on full application lifecycle and endpoint strategy across our Apps Everywhere portfolio. Translate the Apps Everywhere vision into concrete capabilities: app capture/packaging (MSI/MSIX/VHD/VMDK), Apps on Demand, versioning, staged rollout, and instant rollback.

Define product requirements and PRDs for integrations with Horizon, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Workspace ONE UEM, Intune, ConfigMgr, and other ecosystem partners.

Partner with engineering to break down complex platform work into shippable milestones, make trade‑offs, and drive predictable execution.

Engage directly with customers, partners, and field teams to understand use cases, validate designs, and prioritize the roadmap based on impact and adoption.

What will you bring to Omnissa?

5–8+ years of product management experience in B2B software, ideally in platform, infrastructure, or admin‑facing products.

Experience in at least one of the following domains: Endpoint / client management (e.g., Intune, ConfigMgr, Workspace ONE) or VDI / DaaS / app virtualization (e.g., Horizon, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Amazon WorkSpaces/AppStream).

Demonstrated ability to write clear requirements (PRDs), manage complex backlogs, and collaborate effectively with engineering and cross‑functional teams.

Strong customer orientation with experience running discovery sessions, roadmap discussions, and validation with enterprise customers and/or field organizations.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

(Preferred) Hands‑on exposure to Windows application packaging, app lifecycle, or image management and familiarity with technologies such as App Volumes, App‑V, MSIX, or app layering solutions.

(Preferred) Experience partnering with major ecosystem vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Citrix, OEMs, ISVs) and presenting roadmap or technical topics in customer or conference settings.

Location Mountain View, CA (onsite) or Texas, USA (remote)

Travel Expectations Up to ~20% (customer meetings, partner visits, internal planning and conferences).
