We’re looking for a Team Lead to join our ranks. Commonwealth’s Service Center is a caring and fun team of service-minded operations professionals. Through our phone queue, we are the first point of contact for our advisors and their staff.

We deliver indispensable service and a great advisor experience with every interaction. We accomplish this by partnering with our advisors and their staff to understand their needs and expectations, share best practices, assist with operational requests, and collaborate with other subject matter experts to find the right solutions.

As a Team Lead in our Service Center, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our advisors and empowering your teammates to deliver exceptional service. This position is all about leadership through action—being the go-to resource in our phone queue, guiding the team during huddles, and serving as a trusted escalation point when complex issues arise. You’ll coach, motivate, and lead by example, maintaining a professional, solution-oriented approach at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Support the phone queue:

Actively assist advisors and teammates by answering calls, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations

Lead team huddles:

Aligning priorities, sharing updates, and keeping the team energized and focused

Serve as an escalation point:

Stepping in to resolve complex or urgent matters, providing clear guidance and solutions

Maintain quality standards:

Delivering coaching and feedback, conducting quality reviews, and reinforcing best practices to uphold our service excellence

Collaborate on initiatives:

Partnering with peers and other leaders to identify opportunities for advancing team performance toward goals and strategic objectives

Foster team morale:

Promoting a “one-voice” culture and lead with positivity and professionalism
