Demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume environments,consistentlydrivingresults and elevating team performance through hands-on leadership.

Where and How:

Location.

This role requires on-site work at280 Palladio Parkway Space #901, Folsom, CA 95630, United States (US).

Availability.

This role requires availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements.

This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand andwalkthe sales floor for the entire shift, and work in a fragrance-filled environment. You must be able to handle and apply products to clients—with or without accommodation.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,480.00 - $74,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
