Key Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric diagnostic evaluations for adults and children, including thorough assessments, treatment planning, and medication management.
Conduct ongoing evaluation and management services, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Prescribe psychotropic medications safely and responsibly following best practices.
Monitor therapeutic response, side effects, and coordinate care with primary care providers when needed.
Perform risk assessments and crisis management for individuals facing acute mental health challenges.
Educate clients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and empower them through shared decision-making.
Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of therapists, case managers, peer supports, and medical professionals.

Qualifications and Requirements
Active, unrestricted Medical License in Oklahoma.
Completed Psychiatry Residency; Board-Certified or Board-Eligible.
Experience treating both adult and child psychiatric populations is required.
Active DEA/OBNDD certifications.
Strong knowledge of trauma-informed, co-occurring, and culturally competent care practices.
CPR and First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
Completion of Trauma-Informed Care and Co-Occurring Disorders Training within 30 days of hire.
Completion of Ther-ops certification.
TB test (current or obtained within 30 days).
Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and insurance for local travel as needed.
Starting salary for this position is guided by experience, education, and whether the incumbent is Board Certified or Board Eligible in the State of Oklahoma.
