Associate Director, Global Talent Acquisition Solutions & Strategy
Responsible for the design and delivery of HR solutions that support the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. Works closely with the Global Talent Acquisition CoE and Operations to streamline operations, assess and implement future technology solutions, and drive tangible service improvements.
The role leads and project‑manages HR technology initiatives end‑to‑end, influencing partners across multiple levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
Participate in strategy/process design sessions to consult on solutions that best achieve strategic outcomes.
Author or facilitate creation of functional requirements to build/configure solutions.
Build and manage a team of partners (IT, System Vendor, Implementation Partners) to implement solutions.
Author process design documents, use cases, and business scenarios.
Configure systems for prototyping and design considerations.
Develop, prioritize, and support the Global Talent Acquisition technology roadmap.
Plan and execute Voice of the Customer sessions related to Global Talent Acquisition.
Create/update Data Privacy forms for all relevant objects and obtain approvals from the Data Privacy Office and local/global data stewards.
Create/update AI usage forms for all relevant objects and obtain approvals from the AI Ethics team, Global Privacy, and Legal.
Define test strategy and plan with process/functional and test leads, and execute user testing.
Manage all work/deliverables per project plan, reporting/escalating status, issues, and risks weekly to the program manager.
Required Education & Experience Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Technology, or a related field (7‑8 years if holding a Master’s degree). Proven experience delivering and enabling strategies in a large, complex organization.
Required Skills
Ability to assess business needs and identify opportunities to streamline HR/HRIS processes or systems.
Strong business analysis skills and ability to translate processes into functional system requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven team leadership delivering large HR systems implementation programs.
Strong project management and change management abilities.
Experience with Workday preferred.
