The Ad Partnerships Group The Ad Partnerships Group is a global team responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with key partners across the advertising ecosystem, including independent agencies, marketing partners, and measurement providers. We work cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to develop and execute programs that enable our partners to leverage the full power of our platform. Our goal is to build a thriving partner ecosystem that delivers innovative solutions and drives measurable business results for our shared customers.

Agency Partner – Key Responsibilities

Manage a book of independent agencies.

Deeply understand Snap’s monetization‑related products and underlying implementations.

Work with agency executives to develop strategic partner‑management plans for key partners.

Serve as the day‑to‑day primary point of contact for key partners, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive mutually agreed KPI’s.

Provide performance and brand marketing solutions & training, driving product adoption agency‑wide.

Collaborate with Sales, PMM, Product, and Solution Engineering teams to scope new projects, document requirements, and support ongoing feature improvements.

Resolve and triage partner challenges.

Track and analyze key metrics that measure partner success and value.

Act as the “voice of the partner” within Snap, disseminating relevant information to internal stakeholders as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, partnership management, or business development, preferably in the technology or media industries.

Preferred Qualifications

A personable attitude with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Hands‑on knowledge of performance marketing best practices and key metrics.

Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to communicate results clearly.

Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility among internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proven track record of managing revenue pipelines and delivering against revenue goals.

Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.

Compensation The starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The base salary range for this position is $118,000‑$176,000 annually for Zone A (CA, WA, NYC), $112,000‑$167,000 for Zone B, and $100,000‑$150,000 for Zone C. This position is eligible for a sales incentive program and equity in the form of RSUs.
