About The Medication Services Program Our Medication Services Program helps individuals achieve stability, hope, and wellness through comprehensive evaluation, medication management, and ongoing support. We also partner with select Substance Use Disorder programs to provide coordinated, whole-person care. If you’re passionate about improving lives, this is where your work truly matters.

What You’ll Do

Care for a dedicated caseload of clients, averaging 16 each day, both in-person and via telehealth.

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, typically including two 1‑hour assessments, six 30‑minute appointments, and eight 15‑minute follow‑ups per day.

Prescribe and manage medications, including medication‑assisted treatments, to help clients reach their goals.

Guide clients toward improved symptom management, stronger coping skills, and better daily functioning.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care.

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system.

Requirements Of The Position

Medical degree with psychiatric residency (Missouri licensure required)

Board‑Certified preferred; Board‑Eligible considered

Willingness to provide collaborative practice to APRNs

Ability to work Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Passion for working with children, teens, and their families

Excellent communication and recovery‑focused approach

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on a multidisciplinary team

Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and G‑Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Completion of a Child & Adolescent Fellowship

Five (5) or more years’ experience in clinical work with children and adolescents

Significant experience with severe and persistent mental illness in the child and adolescent population
