Full‑Time, In‑Office: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; no nights, weekends, or on‑call duties

Your Role
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise up to three mid‑level providers (NPs/PAs) and provide clinical guidance
Provide medical oversight for TMS and Spravato treatments alongside trained staff
Collaborate with in‑house therapists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure patient‑centered care
Qualifications
MD or DO with active Texas Medical License
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Experience supervising NPs/PAs preferred, not required
Familiarity with TMS or Spravato is a plus (training provided)
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
