Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with Eating Disorder Experience (Virtual, Part-Time)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with a strong focus on treating Eating Disorders to join our team in a virtual capacity.
Position Details
Focus: Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, specializing in Eating Disorders
Certification & Licensure: Must be Board Certified
Medical Licensure: Requires an active California medical license
Prescribing: Licensed to prescribe medications, with an active DEA license required
Setting: Virtual/Telehealth
Supervision: Ability to supervise an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP 103)
Time Commitment: Approximately 3-5 hours per week with a flexible schedule
Pay: $350+ per hour
Key Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric assessment and medication management for children and adolescents with eating disorders.
Collaborate effectively and comfortably with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including medical, nursing, clinical, and dietary professionals.
Offer clinical supervision to an experienced Nurse Practitioner.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a residential treatment setting is preferred.
