About the Job You will provide patient‑centered primary care to employees at our health centers, delivering high‑quality, proactive care for adults and children. Working under the Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care model, you will enjoy a small panel, no feature‑driven productivity expectations, and ample time to spend with each patient.

Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics
Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; active state license required; DEA preferred
CPR/BLS certification required at the start date
Philosophical alignment with our care model and strong interest in creating a remarkable patient service experience
Pay Range $140,000 – $192,500 per year for a 28‑hour schedule, with eligibility for a $20,000 sign‑on bonus and an annual incentive. The actual offer may vary based on location and experience.
