Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine and Urgent care, anticipate 65 PPD
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must be ABEM, ABFM, ABIM; BC/BE; Must have active KY license or active LOQ for IMLC
EMR: EPIC
