JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Licenses: Active MD license or IMLC accepted
  • Board: Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
  • DEA: Required
  • Certifications: BLS
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-training
  • Other Qualifications: EPIC experience required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide outpatient clinic coverage 4 days/week (MonThurs)
