A locally owned Nappanee, IN company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to handle full-cycle accounting duties and ensure smooth daily financial operations.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Process payroll and track employee expenses.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and support month-end close.
• Prepare basic financial statements and reports.
• Assist with budgeting, tax preparation, and audits as needed.
3+ years of bookkeeping or small business accounting experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
