About the Practice This multi-doctor, independent veterinary practice has strong ties to the Fairbanks community and provides comprehensive services, including: Preventative care General medicine Surgery Field work The practice prioritizes mentorship, communication, and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide medical, surgical, and preventative care to a varied mixed animal caseload Conduct exams, diagnostics, treatment planning, and client education Participate in an equitable on-call rotation (flexible based on individual needs) Maintain accurate medical records and uphold best clinical practices Collaborate with technicians and fellow veterinarians to deliver exceptional patient care
About You Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) Comfortable with both small and large animal species Excellent communication skills and compassionate approach to patient care Adaptable, team-oriented, and open to flexible work structures Suitable for experienced veterinarians or new graduates seeking mentorship
