Nesco Resource
Prepares test methods and specifications; analyzes and tests RF hardware to verify performance characteristics. Provides inputs to Product Development for formal documentation and supports manufacturing during the deliverable assembly and test phase. Supports production of complex multi-function modules used in challenging high-reliability applications. Works on technical problems and provides solutions that are innovative and ingenious. Acts independently to uncover and resolve issues. Collaborates with other engineering disciplines including quality engineers and manufacturing engineers as well as technicians and support personnel.
Basic Required Qualifications
Active secret clearance required at submittal
Bachelor's of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred or Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM)
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional engineering experience
Experience with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues is required
Experience with the use of microwave test equipment is required
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required
*Contractor will be working on First Shift (Monday-Thursday) from 7:00am to 5:30pm.
*start date will be moved up if candidate is identified early and able to start prior to 3/2/26.
