Allstar Services is launching brand-new residential roofing operations across the Northeast, and we’re hiring an Operations Manager to help build, scale, and lead these new divisions from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
Lead and grow operations teams across multiple Northeast markets
Build production workflows that support high-volume roofing installs
Oversee scheduling, project coordination, permitting, and job readiness
Manage materials ordering, supplier communication, and delivery logistics
Partner with sales & production leaders to maintain fast cycle times ( Review contracts, pricing, and documentation for accuracy
Support inspections, dumpster logistics, and compliance across RI, CT, and MA
What You’ll Bring
7+ years in construction or roofing operations
3+ years leading operations, project coordination, or production teams
Strong experience with roofing materials, permitting, jobsite logistics
Experience with AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, or similar systems
Ability to manage high-volume project pipelines across multiple markets
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Compensation and Benefits
Salary up to $115,000 (based on experience)
