Job Description

• Strong experience in data analysis, preferably in BFSI or insurance domains.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake, AWS S3, and data lake architecture.
• Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Talend) and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow).
• Experience in data profiling, reconciliation, and validation techniques.
• Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and Regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze and profile source data from Upstream systems.
• Collaborate with data engineers to define data mapping, transformation logic, and validation rules.
• Support ETL/ELT pipeline testing, data reconciliation, and defect triaging during migration waves.
• Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
• Perform root cause analysis for data issues and support resolution in coordination with DataOps and platform teams.
• Document data lineage, business rules, and metadata for migrated datasets.
• Participate in UAT cycles and support business users with data validation and sign-off.
• Monitor data loads, identify anomalies, and elevate issues as per SOPs.

Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles, SOPs, and FAQs for repeat incidents and support scenarios.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
