Job Description
As a Senior Account Executive at Sia, you will play a pivotal role in advancing cyber resilience, data privacy and AI trust initiatives across our most strategic enterprise clients. In this high‑visibility role, you’ll cultivate and sustain trusted, long‑term partnerships with senior executives, ensuring the delivery of tailored, high‑value solutions while proactively identifying new opportunities to deepen our impact and expand our presence.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and solution design through negotiation and close – with a focus on enterprise cyber security, data privacy, IT risk, and AI trust services.
- Drive new business development by identifying and engaging prospective clients through research, collaboration, and strategic outreach initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align Sia’s capabilities with client objectives, ensuring measurable and sustainable business outcomes.
- Build and sustain long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and champion for responsible cyber security adoption.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sia’s technical, delivery, and product teams to ensure seamless solution execution and client satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, directly contributing to Sia’s growth and market leadership.
- Represent Sia externally at industry events, conferences and executive client engagements, positioning the firm as a leader in secure and ethical cyber security practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by refining sales processes, enablement tools and go‑to‑market strategies.
Qualifications
- Located in the New York City metropolitan area and able to work on site.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of selling complex technology engagement and solutions to large organizations.
- Demonstrated success in selling cyber security, data or cloud infrastructure services, ideally within a consultancy or high‑growth technology environment.
- Strong local and national networks and experience driving and leading business development, client proposals and RFPs.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, stakeholder management and solution‑based selling.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early‑stage or rapidly scaling organizations; comfortable building processes and driving change.
- Passion for cyber security and its potential to drive positive business and societal outcomes, with a commitment to secure and ethical practices.
