Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr – $50,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing hourly team members.
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service & guest satisfaction.
• Opening and closing the restaurant when needed.
• Flexibility in schedule to support operations when needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full‑service restaurant management experience preferred.
• Ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast‑paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to pass).
• Strong problem‑solving & customer service skills.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Able to pass a background check.
