Customer Service Representative

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL In‑office (full‑time)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and professional Customer Service Representative to support customers, manage incoming inquiries, and ensure smooth order processing. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot issues, and a strong customer‑focused mindset. You will be speaking frequently with customers, including professionals and doctors, so confidence and clarity in communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and provide high‑quality phone support
  • Assist new customers and guide them through product information
  • Intake and process customer orders with accuracy
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain ongoing communication
  • Provide proactive support and follow up with clients
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure timely resolutions
  • Coordinate with customs and shipping as needed
  • Use WhatsApp/Account Messenger to communicate with customers
  • Maintain professionalism when speaking with doctors and medical professionals
  • Support general customer needs

Requirements

  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers
  • Ability to present products clearly and confidently
  • Highly proactive and organized
  • Ability to troubleshoot and manage customer issues independently
  • Professional, articulate, and confident communicator
  • Experience in customer service or order processing is an advantage

Bonus Skills

  • Experience working with medical professionals
  • Previous exposure to logistics/shipping/customs
  • Familiarity with online customer communication tools (WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.)

Compensation

$60,000 per year
