Customer Service Representative
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL In‑office (full‑time)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and professional Customer Service Representative to support customers, manage incoming inquiries, and ensure smooth order processing. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot issues, and a strong customer‑focused mindset. You will be speaking frequently with customers, including professionals and doctors, so confidence and clarity in communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and provide high‑quality phone support
- Assist new customers and guide them through product information
- Intake and process customer orders with accuracy
- Manage customer accounts and maintain ongoing communication
- Provide proactive support and follow up with clients
- Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Coordinate with customs and shipping as needed
- Use WhatsApp/Account Messenger to communicate with customers
- Maintain professionalism when speaking with doctors and medical professionals
- Support general customer needs
Requirements
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers
- Ability to present products clearly and confidently
- Highly proactive and organized
- Ability to troubleshoot and manage customer issues independently
- Professional, articulate, and confident communicator
- Experience in customer service or order processing is an advantage
Bonus Skills
- Experience working with medical professionals
- Previous exposure to logistics/shipping/customs
- Familiarity with online customer communication tools (WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.)
Compensation
$60,000 per year
