Get Set ABA is hiring experienced, passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) near Baltimore County, MD. We seek dedicated clinicians to drive meaningful progress for children with autism and their families. Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS).
Develop individualized ABA Treatment Plans.
Provide clinical supervision to RBTs.
Monitor client data and adjust plans accordingly.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain all required documentation and ethical compliance.
Qualifications (Required)
Current BCBA Certification is required.
Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
Experience in program development and RBT supervision.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Reliable transportation for local travel.
