Base pay range
$22.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Shift: Friday through Sunday 6:00pm – 6:30am.
Business needs may necessitate the need to adjust shift start and end times and days.
Responsibilities
- Ensures safety awareness and adherence to all safety policies to minimize safety risks by reporting any safety incidents, hazards, and equipment malfunctions promptly to management.
- Complete all assigned QMS training and keep up to date before performing a task.
- Operate systems and office equipment such as computers, software, and printers as trained and specified.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, manual and electric pallet jacks for pallet movement.
- Receive, inspect, and verify the contents of incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect shipments for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues.
- Accurately log inventory data into the ERP System (SAP).
- Organize and store items in the designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and identification.
- Assist other departments with warehouse needs, including staging materials for quality inspection and completing raw material orders from other departments. This includes orders made using Kanban cards, e‑mail, and Teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education
- High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent combination of education or experience.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Previous warehouse operation experience.
- Prior forklift (fork truck) experience and ability to pass the company standard competency test for operating forklifts and power jacks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with SAP ERP system.
- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and possess a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements (if applicable)
- Must be able to lift and transfer loads up to 30‑50 lbs.
- Must be able to operate warehouse equipment.
- Must be able to stand and bend up to 12 hours a day.
- Required to lift above the shoulder frequently and below the waist occasionally.
- Familiarity with ergonomic lifting techniques.
