Job Title: Tier 1 HR Advisor Contract Position: 12 months - Potential for Extension/conversion Location: Boca Raton, FL - Candidates must be available to work between 8-6; specific shift will be determined at offer Pay: Up to $25 an hour, W2 Initially, candidates will be onsite 100%. at Boca Raton, FL. Training will take approx 3-4 months; after training is complete their manager will approve remote work on a rotating schedule (Week 1: 3 days remote (Tu/We/Th) | Week 2: 2 days remote (Tu/We OR We/Th). Position Summary: The Tier 1 HR Advisor is responsible for handling employee and manager inquiries related to Hire-to-Retire processes and HR policies through multiple channels including phone, chat, and text. This position requires a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver timely and accurate solutions while operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Process day-to-day transactions in Workday and other HR systems. Manage a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and texts in a call center environment. Adhere to HR Operations Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Respond to inquiries from employees and managers using knowledgebase resources and desktop tools. Actively listen, identify customer needs, and deliver accurate solutions. Provide guidance and support related to Workday, Kronos, and other HR systems. Demonstrate professionalism through effective communication and collaboration. Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or HRSC Manager as needed. Accurately document all interactions in the Case Management System. Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive employee and company information. Ensure case management notes are detailed, professional, and clearly outline the resolution. Identify trends and escalate recurring issues or process improvement opportunities to leadership. Support the enhancement of communication and operational efficiency. Foster positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and internal customers. Interact effectively with a diverse employee and management population. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of work experience, including customer service exposure. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently or within a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction. Understanding of process improvement and cross-functional HR processes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Workday or similar HR systems. Familiarity with case management systems and HR portal technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Six Sigma certification is a plus.
