We are currently seeking an energetic, adaptable, and experienced Paralegal who enjoys working in a fast-paced, small office environment.

Open to one remote day after probationary period.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information using Lexis-Nexis Assist attorneys in managing litigation cases, including document review and preparation Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures Draft legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines Communicate with clients and other parties to gather information and provide updates on case progress
Required Skills And Qualifications
3-5 years of paralegal experience Excellent command of details and an ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines Exceptional communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft 365
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
Working knowledge of MyCase or similar case management software Familiarity with Lawmatics Legal experience in one or more of our practice areas
